TOPCON DT205 5 Digital Theodolite

The Topcon DT-205 Digital Theodolite features a simple interface, dual backlit displays and a tilt sensor that provides angle correction for precise measurements. With 5-second accuracy, 30x magnification and 2-5-inch telescope resolving power, this survey instrument delivers quick results and high quality images of target points.

Automatic Angle Correction
Featuring dual-axis compensation, the DT205 automatically monitors and corrects shifting of both vertical and horizontal angles. It also has a detachable tribrach with bubble vial and a built-in optical plummet for easy set-up and leveling.

Absolute Encoder
This Topcon theodolite is integrated with an absolute encoder that uses an algorithm to improve the reliability of angle measurements. When the instrument shuts down, the measurement point is automatically restored to save time on the job site and reduce power consumption.

Work in Low Light
With two high contrast LCDs, five-button interface and reticle illuminator, this optical instrument provides clear angle readings and allows surveyors to work in low light conditions. So whether you work indoors, at dawn or inside mines, you can conveniently take accurate angle measurements and transfer them to a PC through the RS-232C cable connection.

Dustproof and Water Resistant
Lightweight and compact, the Topcon DT205 withstands the harshest jobsite environment with its IP-66 rating for dust and water protection. Its 360-degree rotating telescope is also constructed to prevent moisture and eliminate lens fogging. This survey tool has a long battery life of 140 hours using four standard AA alkaline batteries.
